The ceremony took place during the annual celebration of the Lillooet Tribe Declaration which rotates every year to one of the eleven communities in the St&#8217;at&#8217;imc Nation. The two officers are shown holding the memorial jersey that was dedicated to the late Sgt. Mike Leo by Sgt.
